We are excited to partner with National Film and Television School and Rio Cinema for ‘Together Alone‘ project, a carefully curated film season by Octavian Dancila as part of the Programming and Curation MA at the National Film and Television School.
TOGETHER ALONE is a season of four absorbing, thought-provoking films exploring solitude from different, and often surprising perspectives. The season includes some of the finest examples of Turkish Cinema: Distant (Uzak) and Nausea (Bulantı).
Nuri Bilge Ceylan’s Distant (Uzak) is now out on Blu-ray, giving the audience the opportunity to experience this thought provoking film in ultra-high definition. Distant (Uzak) can be seen on the 27th of October at 1 pm at Rio Cinema.
Also worth noting, Zeki Demirkubuz‘s Nausea (Bulantı) will be screened for the first time ever in the UK, join us on the 26th October at 1 pm to be part of the UK Premier!
