Turks are a sociable bunch and every dinner, with or without guests, is a special occasion. The Turkish meze platter tradition is an essential part of this.
Turkish Meze are small plates of food served at the beginning of a meal that are intended to be shared. Usually served cold, these plates of food are made using fresh ingredients to create a variety of light, healthy dishes that are usually vegetarian! These mouthwatering plates are the perfect way to both start a meal and induce lively conversation between guests.
This demonstration & tasting of a range of mouthwatering mezes will be led by award-winning chef Özlem Warren!
Add a few new tantalising twists to your next dinner party with this demonstration and tasting hosted by Yunus Emre Institute London.
