Made of a versatile blend of fruits, various flowers and spices, Şerbet is undoubtedly one of the first things that come to mind when thinking of Turkish cuisine.
In this event, the accomplished chef Ali Açıkgül will introduce you to the long and rich history of Turkish şerbet drinks, which are famous for their mouth-watering, vivid colours and heavenly refreshing taste.
Join us at Yunus Emre Institute London as we infuse some of the tastiest herbs such as purple basil, flower petals, and spices together to create and enjoy the refreshing traditional Turkish Şerbet.
