NEY COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The course will commence on Saturday 21^st April and finish on Saturday 9^th June 2018. 
• Course duration of the course is 8 weeks.
• The course times will be based on 2 group sessions, 11 am – 1.30 pm (Beginner) and 2.30 – 5 pm (Intermediate). 
• The course is open to anyone who has an interest in Ney and no previous knowledge is required but participants with prior experience of Ney are also welcome to attend.
• If you don’t have any Ney’s, you can still come as there will be Ney’s provided to you for practicing and for use only during the course by the instructor.
• Classes will be conducted in English but the course materials will cover both English and Turkish.
• Each class will consist of approximately 4 -12 applicants.
• In order to run a course the number of applicants cannot fall below 8. If the number does not reach the standards required at the end of registration time, the Institute can withdraw the course. If the course fee has already been paid by the students, this will be refundable.
• The enrolment deadline for the course is on Friday 20^th April 2018 at 1 pm. The course fee will need to be fully paid to our bank account by this time.
• It is possible to withdraw any applications with no charge before the start date of the workshop/course. After the start date of the course 25% will be deducted for administration work and the remaining will be returned. The first week of the course will be induction week, during this one week induction if a student wants to withdraw their application a 25% deduction of the course fee will be applied. After induction week is completed and the student would like to terminate from the course, no refund of the course fee will be paid.
