A Talk by Musa Dağdeviren

A Pinch of Anatolia is back, this time with world-renowned Turkish chef and food anthropologist Musa Dağdeviren. He is the author of the critically-acclaimed The Turkish Cookbook and the first Turkish chef debuted in Netflix’s docu-series “Chef’s Table”.

Here’s the chance to watch Netflix’s “Chef’s Table” episode featuring Musa Dağdeviren and his approach to the culinary tradition of his own country, Turkey. The screening will be followed by a talk by Musa Dağdeviren and a Q&A session. You’ll also have the chance to get your copy of The Turkish Cookbook signed by Musa Dağdeviren afterwards.

The publisher, Phaidon International, will be exclusively selling The Turkish Cookbook at a 50% discounted price on the day.
