Through this mesmerising practice—where colour floats on water before settling into organic, unrepeatable patterns—festival audiences are invited into a contemplative experience that reflects the fluidity, harmony, and expressive spirit of Turkish culture.
Our involvement is inspired by the values embodied in the 13th-century Anatolian poet Yunus Emre, whose verses continue to resonate across cultures with their message of universal love, humility, and inner awakening. In that same spirit, we see the Sufi Festival as more than a public gathering; it is a meaningful space where artistic and spiritual lineages meet, evolve, and speak to contemporary seekers.
The Festival’s emphasis on stillness, creativity, and the cultivation of cultural memory closely mirrors our own mission at the Yunus Emre Enstitüsü.
