This special edition is part of Turkish Cuisine Week, celebrated annually between 21–27 May through a variety of events across Türkiye and around the world

Join us for an intimate and immersive workshop led by Ayşe Kapusuz, where you’ll discover the rich cultural heritage of Turkish coffe recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Through taste, storytelling, and hands-on practice, this experience will transport you to the heart of Anatolia.

Important Note:

Please take extra care while cooking Turkish coffee, as the pot and coffee will be hot; always handle the cezve by the handle and keep your hands and clothing away from the stove to avoid burns.

Turkish coffee and accompanying treats may contain allergens, including nuts, dairy, and sugar. Participants are responsible for managing their own dietary needs and should exercise discretion when consuming any items provided. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Please also note that photos or short videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional and archival purposes. Let us know at the start of the session if you prefer not to be included.
