📌 This Week’s Topic: Turkish Costume Night
This week, we will celebrate the richness of traditional Turkish attire and the cultural heritage behind it. Participants will learn about the history and significance of various regional costumes, accessories, and their symbolic meanings.
To fully immerse in this cultural experience, there will be a dress code. Students are encouraged to wear an item related to Turkish culture. This can be a full traditional outfit or an accessory such as:
- A shawl, bag, shoes, hairpiece, or hat purchased from Türkiye.
- If you do not have any Turkish attire, don’t worry! We will provide traditional pieces such as cepken, kaftan, or fez for participants to wear during the event.
This interactive session will offer a chance to explore Turkish fashion traditions while engaging in cultural discussions and activities.
